Blue Holo

This is Wet n' Wild Blue Want to be a Millionaire.
It's just has amazing as Hannah Pinktana.
I'm in love. 
They should have more colors like this.
Like a purple or a black/gray.
It's really sheer so this is 3 coats,
but no worries, it dries super fast.
